Refund policy

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges

At Jersey Wala, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is confirmed and shipped.

🛑 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive:

  • A defective or damaged item, or
  • A wrong size/product sent by us,

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

📸 Note: An unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show:

  • The package being opened from a sealed state
  • A 360° view of the product and the damage/issue (if any)

    Once the order is picked up (Mostly within 1-2 business days), we will dispatch the jersey on the same day and it will get delivered within 7-12 days

🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Return or refund requests are only accepted if:

  • The product was damaged on arrival, or
  • A wrong size/item was sent by our team

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Size issues where the correct item was delivered
  • Customer dislike after delivery
  • Delay in courier delivery caused by third parties

💸 Refunds

Once your return request is inspected and approved:

  • A refund will be initiated to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days
    Once the refund is processed, it will be credited to the bank account within 2-3 business days

Please note, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

📦 Charges for Returns/Replacements

In cases where a return or replacement is approved:

  • All shipping and handling charges are to be borne by the customer
  • This includes return shipping, re-dispatch charges, and any applicable packaging costs
  • Once the order is picked up (mostly within 1–2 business days), we will dispatch the replacement jersey on the same day. Replacement delivery timeframe: 7–12 business days after dispatch.

Jersey Wala will only cover the return shipping cost if the error or damage was caused by us.
