We deliver across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service, and external factors. Delays caused by third-party couriers are not the responsibility of Jersey Wala.

6. Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns/exchanges only in case of wrong/damaged products

  • A damaged or defective product is received.

  • An incorrect size/item was sent by us.

📸 Unboxing video is mandatory (360° angle) for any damage or wrong item claims.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
